Thousands of university students from throughout Texas meet with high-profile representatives from some of the country’s top Fortune 500 companies.  Teams from corporations and government agencies showcase their goods, interview students for internships and prospective graduates for future jobs.  While the focus is on careers in science, engineering and technology, the expo is open to all majors and all fields of study.

UTPA's HESTEC Community Day is an international celebration of science, engineering and technology attracting thousands of community members to the UTPA campus. The day features educational presentations, interactive exhibits and live musical performances by a variety of local talent.

HESTEC SPONSORS, EXHIBITORS, AND PRESENTERS

All HESTEC boxes and/or packages are organized according to day of use.  A printable mailing label has been made for your convenience.  Simply click on the link below that corresponds to your presentation day or the date that your material will be used.

LARGE & HEAVY SHIPMENTS

These items will be transported to the event or exhibit area for setup a day the date of use. If any machinery is needed to transport your items due to excessive size or weight, the event manager will let you know of any charges.

DEADLINES

RETURN OF SHIPMENTS AFTER EVENT

Staff will be available during tear-down to assist exhibitors as they package items. Shipping labels will be available and items will be stored in the University warehouse until the shipping date scheduled for (To Be Announced).

*All shipping payments must be pre-arranged.
*UTPA - HESTEC will not be responsible for any shipping cost.
